1. Digital Product Purchase & License
By purchasing a Showit template from Styled Web Design, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to download, view, and use the template for your personal or business purposes. You may use the template in your own business or for client work, provided it is used in accordance with these Terms.

2. Restrictions
You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the template with others outside of executing your agreement with a client.
• Claim the template as your own work.
• Use the template in a way that violates copyright or other intellectual property laws.

3. Designer License for Clients
If you are a designer using the template for client work, each template purchase covers only one client. To use the template for an additional client, you must purchase a separate license for each client project.

4. Font Usage & Licensing
Some templates include placeholder fonts. You are responsible for obtaining the appropriate webfont licenses if you intend to use these fonts on your website. Styled Web Design does not provide font licenses, and using fonts without proper licensing may violate copyright laws.

5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds after a purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

6. Updates & Support
Templates may include updates for bug fixes or improvements. Support is provided to assist with template use, but Styled Web Design does not offer customization services beyond guidance for template setup.

7. Intellectual Property
All templates, layout designs, and design elements created by Styled Web Design remain the intellectual property of Styled Web Design. Your license grants you usage rights for these elements as outlined above.

Third-Party Assets: Some templates may include images, graphics, or fonts sourced from third-party providers. Ownership of these assets remains with the original creator or licensor, and you are responsible for complying with any licensing requirements if you use them. Styled Web Design does not grant ownership or additional rights to these third-party assets.

8. Liability Disclaimer
Styled Web Design is not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of our templates, including but not limited to website performance, browser compatibility, or third-party software conflicts.
